The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is five consecutive days (Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm). Six Sigma Development Solution's Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification course is full of games, videos, simulations, and other active learning. We will be using interactive learning tools like LEGOs, paper helicopters and catapults to learn the Importance of statistics and data when solving process problems. You will learn powerful root cause analysis tools. We will be using Minitab as a statistical analysis tool throughout the course. The Instructors will keep you engaged and excited!

Lean Six Sigma Certification Options:

At Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc. there are two options to become certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Certification Option #1: Complete a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level project within six (6) months after the last day of training using the tools, methodology and roadmap provided by Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc.

** If you complete a Lean Six Sigma Project as a team, then each team member will also be required to pass Six Sigma Development Solutions Internal Lean Six Sigma Certification examination (this is a different test than the IASSC Lean Six Sigma exam). The maximum allowed group size is four (4).

Certification Option #2: Pass the International Association for Six Sigma Certification’s (IASSC) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam.

These tools are included to help you complete your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project:

A Tollgate (Checklist) and a well-defined Flowchart for Project Completion.

Are there pre-requisites to this course?

There are no pre-requisites for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course.

Computer System Requirements for this Class

Please have access to a computer with Microsoft Office (version 2007 or newer) installed. We will be using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

You will need to install a free 30 day trial license of Minitab Statistical Software on your Windows PC (http://www.minitab.com/en-us/products/minitab/free-trial/)

Customer Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your enrollment, please email training@sixsigmadsi.com or fax your request to 888-325-4281.
If you cancel 11 or more business days before the start date of class, you won’t be charged the training fee.
If you cancel 6-10 business days before the class, you’ll be charged 50% of the training fee.
If you cancel 0-5 business days before the class, you’ll be charged 100% of the training fee.
If you cancel and wish to reschedule, you can transfer your enrollment to a future course of equal or lesser value within one year of your cancellation date.
If you cancel a public course and incur a penalty, that amount can only be applied to another public course (not a private course) within 365 of the last day of the public course you were enrolled.
You’re welcome to substitute another person in your place at any time.
If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you’re still responsible for the full payment.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you cancel a confirmed training 11 or more business days before the class start date and request a refund:
Credit Card or Purchase Card Payments – You will receive a full refund, minus a 9% + $0.30 credit card (Stripe) processing fee.
Invoice or Bank Transfer Payments – You will receive a full refund upon request.
Full refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 11 business days before the course start date.

Refunds for Late Cancellations

If you cancel 6-10 business days before the class start date:
Credit Card or Purchase Card Payments – You will receive a 50% refund, minus a 9% + $0.30 credit card (Stripe) processing fee.
Invoice or Bank Transfer Payments – You will receive a 50% refund upon request.
If you cancel 0-5 business days before the class start date, no refund will be available.
