Six Sigma Development Solution's Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification course is full of games, videos, simulations, and other active learning. We will be using interactive learning tools like LEGOs, paper helicopters and catapults to learn the Importance of statistics and data when solving process problems. You will learn powerful root cause analysis tools. We will be using Minitab as a statistical analysis tool throughout the course. The instructors will keep you engaged and excited!
The team at Six Sigma Development Solutions are held to a high standard in order give a quality product to our clients. We are Certified as an Accredited Training Organization with the International Association of Six Sigma Certification (IASSC). This means that our curriculum and business practices are vetted by the IASSC to uphold an internationally recognized standard.
IASSC definition of an Accredited Training Organization (ATO):
"The IASSC Accredited Training Organization (ATO) designation validates Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc. has demonstrated adequate management systems, courseware with a high degree of correlation to the subject matter contained in the IASSC Bodies of Knowledge, delivery schema consistent with such content and highly qualified instructors."
Our Master Black Belt instructors each have over 20 years of experience practicing LEAN and Lean Six Sigma. They each have 100's of stories to tell to make the tools and methodology of Lean Six Sigma relatable to each student. Feedback that we often get from our students is "I felt like the instructor has been in my company because he/she seemed to know exactly what my problems are.”
At Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc. there are two options to become certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Certification Option #1: Pass the International Association for Six Sigma Certification’s (IASSC) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam.
Certification Option #2: Complete a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level project within six (6) months using the tools, methodology and road map provided by Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc.
** If you complete a Lean Six Sigma Project as a group (more than one potential Belt working on the project), then each in the group will also be required to pass Six Sigma Development Solutions Internal Lean Six Sigma Certification examination (this is a different test than the IASSC Lean Six Sigma exam). The maximum group size allowed is four (4).

"SSDSI is absolutely the real deal! I have personally taken the LSSBB training in Austin, Texas (I am in Washington, DC). I currently have LSSBB, but my emphasis was on lean and taking LSSBB course has helped me to understand streamlining process not only by removing waste, but also by reducing variation with the use of statistics and statistical tools such as MiniTab.
The team at SSDSI are extremely knowledgeable and their practical experience has helped make sense of the material that may seem otherwise overwhelming. The instructors are calm, detailed, and patient. They are a wealth of knowledge, prepared, personable, reliable, and are amazing practitioners.
The instructors will not tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. They are process focused and if you want to improve your business operations, please heed to their advise. They have definitely proven to be trusted advisers."
