The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is five consecutive days (Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm). The course is led by an Authorized Training Organization (ATO) accredited by the IASSC (International Association for Six Sigma Certification) that has worked with over 400 companies and trained over 5000 people. The course is full of games, videos and active learning to make the Lean Six Sigma methodologies come to life. The 20+ year experienced Master Black Belt instructors will keep you excited and engaged!

You will learn Powerful Root Cause Analysis Tools. We will be using Minitab as a statistical analysis tool throughout the course. The instructors will keep you engaged and excited!
